Stefanii Vainer has been a member of this community since September, when she joined us she had been stuck at a plateau of about 40k followers for years.
Here’s what her journey has looked like over the last few months:
September/October
- Watched the TikTok & Reels Creator Course, took notes 📝
- Posted a video with what she learned - didn’t get results 👎🏻
- Watched again, took more notes, made better content 🎥
- Posted more, started getting slightly better results 😒
- Asked the group for feedback and hook ideas 💡
November/December
- Took everything she’d learned so far, focused on one niche, and started a new channel 🫡
- Posted, analyzed, iterated, posted again 🔁
- Dec. 9 - first video with over 50k views 📈
- Dec. 15 - first video with over 100k views 👀
- Dec. 21 - first video with over 500k views 🫨
Which brings us to now. On January 10th Stefanii posted a video that is currently at 4M views 🤯
She is consistently posting valuable content and growing a community of extremely engaged followers (nearly 90,000 of them!!)
Now a lot of you are going to focus on what Stef DID to get these results….
✅ Narrowed in on a niche
✅ Started a new channel
✅ Posted 3-4x per week
✅ Dialled in her hooks
✅ Got feedback from the community
Yes, she DID all of these things, and she did them EXTREMELY well!

Remember that this process can take time. Don’t beat yourself up when it doesn’t come overnight, you’re all here because you’re talented, motivated, driven people who long to do something more - something bigger.
If Meg, Glen and I gave up in our first week trying to create content over 10 years ago…
🏢 Meg would still be working in a cubicle for the government
💿 Glen would still be doing admin work at a record label
💡 And I would be working as an electrician, probably swiping my way through a spider-infested crawlspace….
