One Peak Creative – Student Feedback Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The One Peak Creative Student Feedback Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by One Peak Creative ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon, Trustpilot, or any social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of One Peak Creative, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on [February 12, 2025] and ends on [February 17, 2025] (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received by [February 17, 2025Β at 11:59 PM PST] to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Giveaway using one of the following methods:

  1. Primary Entry Method:
    Complete the survey provided by One Peak Creative during the Giveaway period to receive one (1) entry into the drawing.

  2. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary:
    To enter without completing the survey, send an email to info@onepeakcreative.com with the subject line "Giveaway Entry" and include:

    • Full Name
    • Contact Information
    • A brief response sharing which One Peak Creative course you've loved and why

Each participant may enter only once via either method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Random Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random draw conducted using a third-party selection tool.
  • Drawing Date: Winners will be drawn on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
  • Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their entry within 48 hours of the drawing.
  • Claiming Prize: Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prizes

  • Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) $500 CAD Amazon Gift Card.
  • The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $2,000 CAD.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.

7. Privacy & Data Use

By entering, participants agree that One Peak Creative may collect and use the information provided to:

  • Improve future course offerings and collaborations in 2025 and 2026.
  • Contact participants about their Giveaway entry (winners only).
  • Data will not be shared with third parties.

8. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to system errors or technical failures.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless One Peak Creative, Amazon, Trustpilot, and any associated social media platforms from any liability, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

10. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes associated with their prize.

  • For Canadian winners: Generally, gift cards are not considered taxable income, and One Peak Creative is not required to issue a tax form.
  • For U.S. winners: If the prize value is $600 USD or more, the winner may be required to report it to the IRS.

11. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of [British Columbia, Canada], without regard to conflict of law principles.
