2. Have something to sell, whether it's a product that's yours or someone else's, a service that is done for you or done with you. Dog toys, coaching, meditation audios, or cookbooks - you just need something that people can pay you for. Without this, we can't get you results in the time we want.
3. Ditch the idea of overnight transformation. Sometimes it happens (for me it did), most times it doesn't.
